1. Beta product
Abhyas is a beta for Class 5–10 school practice across major subjects. Features, content, and availability may change or break without notice. We do not guarantee exam results or syllabus coverage.
2. Acceptable use
You agree to:
- Use your own account (do not share login links)
- Not scrape, copy, or redistribute our questions at scale
- Not attempt to break, overload, or abuse the service
- Use the app for personal study only
3. Accounts
You sign in with Google or email magic link. You are responsible for activity on your account. Tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.
4. Content and accuracy
Questions and feedback are for practice only. We try to keep content accurate but do not warrant that every answer or explanation is error-free. Always verify with your teacher or textbook for exams.
5. Intellectual property
The Abhyas name, design, questions, and software belong to Abhyas. You may not copy or reuse them commercially without written permission.
6. Privacy
Our use of your data is described in the Privacy Policy.
7. Limitation of liability
Abhyas is provided "as is" without warranty. We are not liable for any loss arising from use of the beta, including missed study time, incorrect answers, or service outages.
8. Termination
We may suspend or remove access if these terms are violated. You may stop using the app and request account deletion at any time.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to courts in India.
